When someone learns they have diabetes one of the first things that the doctor will tell you the need for lifestyle changes. The lack of exercise and obesity are some of the reasons for the disease. The symptoms of adult diabetes, also known as Type 2 Diabetes is increasing with the growing number of elderly Americans, with the lack of exercise and increased rate of ; obesity. It is well known that type 2 diabetes had complete remission of symptoms after achieving a significant reduction of the weight usually due to exercise and improve diet.
After living the life of a chair potato, it is difficult to get up and exercise, as they should be. But we must understand that it is a necessity that you get up and start. Remember, this is your life we are talking about, this should be the biggest you need motivation to get up and move.
Unlike Type 1, Type 2 Diabetes can usually be controlled by diet and exercise. We do not perform as they should. Most health care providers recommend a good diet and treatment of those who are in the early stages of Type 2 Diabetes.
During the exercise, the body needs extra energy or fuel in the form of glucose for the ; exercising muscles. Research shows that moderate exercise has continued, however, it may take up glucose in the muscles. This decreases blood glucose. That's because the exercise achieves glucose in muscle tissue, because the muscles contracting does not need insulin to absorb glucose. With moderate exercise, your muscles take up glucose at almost 20 times the normal rate compared to brief exercise, as a fast speed.
You may consider taking supplements of chromium, which can improve insulin resistance in muscle cells. When blood sugar starts to rise, insulin is responsible for pushing the muscle and fat cells to absorb glucose they need whatever for future activities while any surplus will be stored in the liver. Insulin stimulates muscle cells and other cells of the body to eliminate blood glucose and convert glucose into glycogen, a form of starch and glycogen storage.
As always, you should check with your doctor before starting an exercise program. Start your exercise program slowly with a low-

impact exercise such as walking, swimming and cycling.
You should exercise at least three to four times a week for 20 to 40 minutes each session. It would be better for you to exercise every day. A good exercise program should consist of 5 to 10 minutes of warming and at least 15 to 30 minutes of continuous aerobic exercise, followed by 5 minutes to cool.
A side effect is you must sleep better and feel more rested than before you started exercising.
